Simply, easy soft tacos. For lazy nights.

Remember that the soft tortilla adds about another 100 calories on top of the filling and toppings!

Makes enough for about 9 tacos, each helping weighing roughly 75g and containing roughly 108 calories.

1 Tablespoons

Yellow Onion
1 Large, Chopped

Beef

Crimini Mushrooms
1/2 Cup, Sliced

Rotel Tomatoes

Frontera Fajita Skillet Sauce
1 Pouch

  • Place a pan on medium-high heat and add butter.
  • Add onion and saute until translucent.
  • Add meat and cook until almost finished browning.
  • Add garlic, tomatoes, and fajita sauce.
  • Cook until at desired temperature.
  • Scoop into taco shell, top as desired, and enjoy.

Enough to top an individual taco, each helping weighing roughly 52g and containing roughly 98 calories.
